Can I feel thank you in my body? This is not gratitude as an idea. This is gratitude as a response. I feel GRATITUDE is something we allow, we deepen into. A shift in orientation. A way of seeing. Not “I should be grateful.” But a receptivity and a openess to what is. “Yes Thank You!” to life .
This is GRATITUDE.
This journey invites us into a deeper relationship with appreciation — as a mindset, and also as a felt, embodied experience.
GRATITUDE becomes something we practice through the body.
Not something we think.
Something we feel.
Something we move with.
