EMBER: 21 Days of Yoga with Ciara, is a journey of deep and steady light.

In the cold hush of winter, when the surface seems still, we gather close to what glows within. Not the blaze of summer, not yet. But the ember—alive, quiet, unwavering.

There is a continuity in nature, even in dormancy.

Spring is already beginning, though we cannot yet see it fully.

What to Expect

We will move with purpose. Stand with steadiness. Rest with awareness. And build a strong, quiet fire at the centre of ourselves.

Each day ends with a short, nourishing meditation—a progressive relaxation to support the nervous system and deepen your rest. You are invited to gather your own tools: a Shakti mat, red light, blanket, eye pillow, stillpoint inducer, or simply your breath. A ritual of restoration. A moment of being with what is quietly alive in you.

This is not about pushing forward. Nor is not about rushing the year. It’s about tending what is already here— gathering strength, finding centre, remembering the quiet power inside you.
