My 20 minute morning yoga practice is the best way to start my day. I roll out of bed, sleepily light a candle and start to wake up my body with Ciara's instructions which are so descriptive and easy to follow. She associates the movements with everyday activities like starting the lawnmower or reaching for a sandwich at a picnic. And sometimes the imagery gives me (an others I suspect) a good giggle. Even though I'm practicing alone in my living room, I feel part of a beautiful tribe. Thank you so much Ciara 🙏
Ciara is a wonderful teacher and manages to inject lots of fun into the practice while giving clear and careful instruction. I have recommended this online practice to many friends and colleagues. I love getting out of bed and rolling out my mat first thing. It's such a great start to the day. I find the 20 minutes every day is much better for my body than an hour once a week. Ciara teaches yoga like no one else. I love that I never know what kind of moves we will be doing every day! I love the laughing and the little stories and the dogs and the geese. Would totally recommend to everyone.
