FOUNDATION: 21 Days of Yoga with Ciara, is a 21-day yoga journey rooted in the quiet strength of February — that potent edge of spring when we begin to stir beneath the soil, set down new roots, and shape the symbolic resolutions of Imbolc (Celtic Spring, February 1st).

This is a time for creating steadiness —
with clarity, with consistency, and with a long view.

A season for the long game of wellness:
lifestyle choices, habit formation, and daily rhythms that hold.

A time to return to the core systems that support us:
movement, nourishment, sleep, breath, stillness, connection.

We are not adding more.
We are clearing space for what matters.
And practicing the minimum viable dose of wellness — small actions that are simple, repeatable, and sustainable.

What to Expect
  • What is the ground of you?
  • What are your foundational habits?
  • What drains you — and how can you do less of that?
  • What stabilises you — and how can you do more of it?
  • What are you ready to prioritise — for real?
