It arrives with power and leaves with sweetness. 

In like a lion, out like a lamb. 

There is vigor and there is softness. 

There is breaking through, and there is blooming. 

This is BECOMING. 

A 21-day yoga journey rooted in the deep, earthy transformation of early spring — that moment when the buds crack open, when the greens push up through the soil, when something inside us says: it’s time. 

March is not gentle growth alone. 

It is resilient growth. 

Growth that meets the stone. 

Growth that presses against what has held us — sometimes protected us — but no longer serves. 

This journey is about trusting that process.
