In honor of the solstice on June 21st and the full bloom of summer, Ciara’s yoga sessions in June are dedicated to Joy. Each day, she invites you to experience the bright and full joy of the season, infusing your practice with positivity and vibrant energy.
By participating in Ciara’s yoga journey, you can expect a multitude of benefits. From cultivating joy and lightness within yourself to fostering a deeper connection to your body and mind, each practice brings slow and incremental changes in flexibility and overall wellness. Ciara’s teaching style is rooted in somatic practices, craniosacral therapy, and self-inquiry. Through her carefully crafted movements, she guides you toward healing and wellness. The most important part of daily Yoga practice is to show up.
You will see results from the routine and discipline. A month is a long time, some days you will power through the class, some days you will be tired and some days you won’t feel like it at all. These are the most important days, even if you join the class and lay on your mat and breath you will still reap the benefits of showing up and being part of a community achieving a common goal.
