This October, we embark on a journey of FOCUS : 21 Days of Yoga with Ciara, bringing awareness and intention to our habits and choices. Whether you’re committing to 21 days of yoga for the first time or you’ve already established a regular practice, this journey invites you to deepen your relationship with commitment, focus, and self-reflection.
🌿 Cultivating Commitment
For some, the focus will simply be showing up for 21 days of yoga—a powerful practice of dedication and consistency. For others, who have already built this commitment, we’ll delve into the obstacles that often arise when creating change or fostering new priorities. What stands in the way of our deeper goals, and how can we bring awareness to these challenges?
💫 My Intention
Personally, I’m committing to an evening movement practice. I’ve longed for more spaciousness in my evenings, and in my imagination, it feels like a joyful addition to my day. But in reality, I’ve often met resistance—feeling tired, uncomfortable, or distracted. I’ve chosen short-term comfort over long-term goals, prioritizing immediate ease over deeper, lasting fulfilment. This 21-day journey will help me face that resistance, and I invite you to join me in doing the same.
🌟 Setting Intentions & Celebrating Achievements
During our daily practice, we’ll take a few moments to set our intentions for the day and reflect on what got in the way or what supported our focus. And equally important—we’ll celebrate our achievements! Too often, we check off tasks without pausing to feel the joy and fulfilment that comes with accomplishment. This journey is about embodying, connecting, celebrating, and committing with intention.
FOCUS is our theme this October. Join me as we meet ourselves, connect deeply with our intentions, and create meaningful change through practice. Let’s commit, reflect, and celebrate together.
