This will be the 21st month of Daily Yoga with Ciara
There will be a balance between Floor and Standing
Between mobility and flexibility
Strength and Softness
How to be in our bodies, in our yoga practice, moving in self care, self love in compassion and cultivating wellness and heath.

Love as a practice
My heart if full of joy, and also with some trepidation, as I feel the power of this community, of the tribe of daily yogies, and how this practice is changing us, transforming us.. in slow and incremental changes.
Change based on resources, on regulation, on safety in our Nervous system, and through a daily commitment to turn up and connect.
