A 28-Day Yoga Journey into finding our ground, our support and how we regulate with a daily 20min yoga practice and perhaps some simple tools that I will suggest that you can try, and if you like them you can add them to your self-care tools.

The grounding tools, tasks, and sensory adventures will be suggested at the end of the class so that those of you who want only to do yoga have the option of heading off into your day..

This will be the 23rd month of Daily Yoga with Ciara

The daily practice, the turning up, and checking in, connecting to body sensations and moving together is such a deep resource in my life.
