“EMERGE” is an invitation to explore a transformative journey through the daily practice of yoga, led by Ciara. For the first 25 days of the month of March 2023, my yoga tribe, and all of you who would like to start, create and recommit to a daily practice will have the opportunity to connect with your body; through movement, sensations, challenge, and ease, and the natural world around you through this 20-minute daily live-stream practice.
We will be working with a stick throughout the month, so have a mop handle, or a broom handle handy as it will support us as we balance, and we will use it to lean, bend and reach.
The program is grounded in the somatic principles of awareness, presence, and movement, and is designed to support you in exploring your own unique path toward personal growth and transformation. Using the principles of a Longevity Practice, “Always Moving Forward” and “Do No Harm” we will listen and cultivate a practice of wellness and movement in the present time, in action, in strength, and flow.
With Ciara’s guidance, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of your body, and support you to cultivate a sense of connection and grounding in the present moment.
Set against the stunning backdrop of the west coast of Ireland, this program is a unique opportunity to immerse oneself in the beauty and power of nature and to explore the depths of one’s own embodied experience. As Ciara connects to her nature and surroundings, you will be invited to connect to yours! Through daily practice and connection with a supportive community of fellow participants, “EMERGE” offers a powerful and transformative journey towards greater somatic awareness and well-being.
