How to connect our movements – sliding, gliding, moving from one pose to another, feeling our bodies, connecting to wellness.. choosing resources, cultivating resources* (things that make us feel well, and bring wellness and ok-ness to our bodies and to ourselves).

There will be a resource practice and a gratitude practice in CONNECTION.
