When we delve inward, into the depths of our being and the sensations in our belly and heart, we begin to explore and understand this concept in profound ways. How do we enhance, cultivate, and inspire a feeling of wholesomeness in our lives and bodies?

- Expanding: Moving into a range of motion and creating wellness both physically and mentally.

- Knowing Your Boundary: Learn to discern your limits, saying ‘no’ for health and ‘yes’ for growth.
