In this one hour session of Soul Care I use the beautiful frequency of Rahanni combined with my studies in Consciousness Medicine to channel healing energy that restores balance and harmony across your body matrix ( physical, energetic, emotional, ancestral & spiritual bodies), Sarah Lynch : Soul Care with Sarah @ Naduir

The intention of this session is to guide you to a state of deep relaxation so that your body, mind and soul can come into harmony. You will gain intuitive soul guidance along with a sense of inner peace & calm.

Intuitive Energy Healing is a very gentle treatment where hands are placed on or above the body to stimulate the flow of healthy life force energy . It can also be experienced online. I personally have experienced and done much of my training online and it is unbelievably effective.

Taking time to clear and harmonies your energy body can bring forward more clarity, ease, joy and inner peace. It’s from this place that we can deepen our connection with ourselves and come into alignment with our truth.

My 20 minute morning yoga practice is the best way to start my day. I roll out of bed, sleepily light a candle and start to wake up my body with Ciara's instructions which are so descriptive and easy to follow.
