List your resources and create time line..

The process of listing resources and things that you deeply enjoy in your life, and then writing beside them the last time you did it, is a way to reflect on the things that bring you joy and fulfillment in your life. The purpose of this exercise is to help you identify the things that you value most and that give you a sense of purpose and meaning in your life.

Here is an example of how you might complete this exercise:

  • Reading a book: Last did it 2 days ago
  • Drawing a picture: Last did it 3 weeks ago
  • Hiking in nature: Last did it 1 year ago
  • Spending time with friends and family: Last did it yesterday
  • Cooking a meal from scratch: Every day
  • Practicing yoga or meditation: Last did it today
  • Traveling to new places: Last did it 1 month ago
  • Volunteering or giving back to the community: Last did it 1 year ago.

It’s important to note that the specific resources and things that you enjoy in your life will vary depending on your personal preferences and interests. This exercise is meant to be a reflective tool that you can use to identify the things that bring you joy and fulfillment in your life and to reflect on how often you engage with them.

Additionally, it’s important to make sure that you prioritize the things that you enjoy in your life and make an effort to engage with them regularly. It’s important to take time for yourself and do things that make you happy.

For me it’s drawing and painting. It is such a rich and wonderful resource in my life. I studied graphic design for a year and for many many years I loved drawing and crafting.

I have a creative practice to draw from the felt sense of my body. And i stopped this a few weeks ago. So I am recommitting to this practice, and also to the creative drawing and painting that i LOVE!
