A Journey into Alignment, Truth & Embodied Strength
Hello Dear Yogis,
After the soft inward sensing of EMBODY in September, and the rooted, elemental strength of OAK in October, we now arrive at INTEGRITY—a journey that asks us to hold it all: the light and the shadow, the strength and the tenderness, the effort and the ease.
As the year leans toward winter, this 21-day journey invites us to explore what it means to live, move, and be in alignment with our deepest truth.
Not the polished, performative kind of integrity, but the felt kind—the one that arises when we stop performing, stop scanning for approval, and begin to truly listen to the inner feedback of our bodies.
What We’ll Explore
INTEGRITY is about being real in your movement, moment to moment. It’s about the micro-adjustments, the truth that whispers through your tissues, and the nervous system’s conversation with gravity, breath, and balance.
- Each day’s practice is an exploration of:
- The Goldilocks principle of effort—finding what’s “just right” for today
- The felt sense—tuning in to the living feedback of your body
- Containment and range—how much of yourself can you safely inhabit right now?
- Strength that includes softness, power that includes pause
- Embodying honesty—meeting what’s present without needing to fix it
- Learning to trust your own sensations as a compass
- Building resilience through realness, not rigidity
This Month’s Inquiry
What is integrity in movement, in breath, in presence?
Can I stay inside my experience long enough to hear what’s true?
Can I be strong without hardening?
Can I soften without collapsing?
Can I live as the full, complex being I already am?
This is the yoga of alignment with self—not posture, but posture as metaphor.
How do you stand in your life? How do you hold your shape in the world?
Expect
You might yawn. You might sigh. You might laugh. You will deepen.
You might meet the edges of your own honesty—and find that they soften when met with kindness.
Each morning’s 20–25 minute practice will weave strength, breath, and awareness, creating space to feel, choose, and move with presence.
Together, we’ll build a felt sense of integrity that’s both strong and safe, fierce and fluid.
This is a yoga of truth in motion—the capacity to stay with yourself through the full range of your aliveness.
