Landing into the New Year — Our Winter Yoga Term Together
As the new year begins to take shape, I’m looking forward to gathering again for in-person yoga at the Knocknacarra Community Centre.
There’s something grounding about the thought of coming back to the rhythm of weekly classes — especially in this quieter, darker season when our bodies are still adjusting from winter’s rest to the slow stirrings of spring.

We’re back for another awesome term of in-person yoga — nine nourishing weeks to land, stretch, move, and rest together in shared space and soft light.
Here’s what’s available:
TUESDAY
Slow & Mindful | 6:30–7:45 PM → FULL (with waiting list)
Medium | 8:00–9:15 PM → Spaces available
WEDNESDAY
Slow & Mindful | 6:30–7:45 PM → FULL (with waiting list)
Strong | 8:00–9:15 PM → Spaces available

I’ll first be contacting students who attended the previous term — they’ll have priority for available spots.
Once their places are confirmed, any remaining spaces will be offered to those on the waiting list.
Payment & Terms
— €117 for the term, can be paid in 1, or 2 instalments.. €67 at beginning +€50 at mid term
— Payments are non-transferable
— If you miss a class, you’re welcome to drop into another one within the term (space allowing)
— Please arrive 5 minutes before class to settle in
Booked students have priority, and I cannot guarantee a place for drop-ins.
These classes continue to fill my heart — the shared presence, the rhythm, the glow of the salt lamps, and the way we land into ourselves together. I’m so grateful to each of you who keeps showing up with curiosity and presence.

This term has a strong, steady shape — with a little breathing space mid-February for the school midterm and a pause for St. Patrick’s week.
What I love most about this time of year is the feeling of slowly returning.
The sense of arriving back to ourselves after the fullness of December.
When we meet in that softly lit room (aka darkness😁) beginning to move, I imagine a collective exhale.
That sigh, the re-calibration of the deep belly, deep spine, deep felt sense… the story time of the body.
A sense of reweaving, and by the end of the term… a sense of emerging!!!
