My 20 minute morning yoga practice is the best way to start my day. I roll out of bed, sleepily light a candle and start to wake up my body with Ciara's instructions which are so descriptive and easy to follow. She associates the movements with everyday activities like starting the lawnmower or reaching for a sandwich at a picnic. And sometimes the imagery gives me (an others I suspect) a good giggle. Even though I'm practicing alone in my living room, I feel part of a beautiful tribe. Thank you so much Ciara 🙏

Ciara is a wonderful teacher and manages to inject lots of fun into the practice while giving clear and careful instruction. I have recommended this online practice to many friends and colleagues. The monthly subscription using Paypal is amazing value and completely hassle free. Thanks to Ciara I have become a daily yogi....long may she continue these classes.

Yoga with Ciara makes my day. I've been a regular for two years now and the practice has rejuvenated my seventy-something body, as well as lifting my spirits. I also love the Naduir vibe with ducks, geese, dogs, seedlings; life all around.

Ciara's calm voice and daily yoga practice is part of my morning (or sometimes evening) grounding, connecting, wellness ritual. Her movements are always intentional, everything she does has purpose. She has strengthened my will to turn up daily, to consistently listen to my body. I can feel I am part of something bigger by being part of her community.

Ciara's yoga is a great practice on multiple levels. I haven't missed a day since starting almost two years ago and have recommended it to others who also love it. She's fun, she's serious and she teaches in a way that's great for mind and body. 

Ciara teachers yoga for everyone , there's no fancy poses with names you can't say it's all about what's good for you and every move is adaptable to your own body , and ability . And I guarantee you will feel great at the end of her class , it's changed my life and it's how I start my day , just 20mins every morning and my body is stretched and  relaxed, I'm set for the day, I love it 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♂️ Thank you Ciara for showing me the way ❤️. 

I love getting out of bed and rolling out my mat first thing. It's such a great start to the day. I find the 20 minutes every day is much better for my body than an hour once a week. Ciara teaches yoga like no one else. I love that I never know what kind of moves we will be doing every day! I love the laughing and the little stories and the dogs and the geese. Would totally recommend to everyone.
